How do I completely uninstall free LimeWire?

Just for future reference. If you run "System File Checker" (Windows users) before you install a software package and also backup your registry, then run it again after you install the software, you will have a record of what was installed or changed.....:-)

It take a few extra minutes, but sure does save some hair pulling later on.
