Many of the programs I try to download first require me to install this program (aconti).

Aconti always tries to connect via my modem (not plugged in) instead of my ethernet card. Is there a way to instruct aconti to connect using my ethernet card instead of my modem?

You do not want unknown german programs connecting to the internet. Do not use this.
