Getting Puppet Attack video 'out there'

Hello, I want to get my 5 minute video of REAL puppets attacks by children 'out there', available for download (involves a show I'm doing in Cambridge,MA), Although my old computer is not capable of doing this, can I format the video somewhere else and somehow get it on my website:
