Security - possible to read filenames by ISP/Employer?

Hi,

I'm new to Gnutella and I'm using LimeWire. My Question: is it possible for my ISP or my Employer (LAN) to see what files I'm downloading/sharing? Afaik they can see I'm using Gnutella due to the port, but can they see more?
