mine won't come on.

it just won't start up.

It would help everyone in trying to help you if you would please mention the type of computer you are using!
Also, what version of the software; what Operating System (OS); how much memory; processor type and speed; etcetera, etcetera.

We cannot know if you are maybe talking about your car!!!

Please try to explain exactly what you are doing, OK?
