12,5 KB/s is slow

for a 1,3 Mbps ADSL . I have set LimeWire (AquaLime in fact) with an upload limit of 10 KB/s and ppl gets 10 KB/s, and I'm also running WinMX 3.1 with a limit of 5 KB/s for uploads. It runs fine, but if I want to use the Internet for something else it's better to shutdown WinMX or Aqua

. This using 512/128 Kb/s ADSL
