is there a help desk on this stupid thing?
 

I need a banner gone... nobody seems to know how to fix it... is there a help desk?:mad:

If you click the "search" button at the top of this forum and enter "banner" or "banner ads" or "ads" you will find numerous threads regarding this and how to get rid of them. I know how to do it for Mac, but don't know if it's the same for Windows. Check it out and you may be able to find it. :D


Oh yeah, to answer the other part of your question, this is the "help desk". There are many knowledgable people here that can help if you are specific with your question/problem. If you buy the pro version they (LimeWire developers) offer some sort of support. But, then, you won't have the ads, either. ;)
