When you originally got LimeWire PRO you were given a URL to download the PRO version from. This URL is unique to you and will continue to work for 6 months. You should go there and get your free update.

If you lost that URL, you will need to contact LimeWire support - Ideally you should do this from the same email account that you used to sign up in the first place.
