upside-down videos! help!

I'm running the most recent (22 September 2002) basic (free) version of LimeWire on Windows ME, and playing my videos on WinAmp.

The videos are usually upside down! some are right-side-up, but most are upside-down!

Is this a prank by users, or is something wrong with my setup? I've looked through everything on WinAmp... I think the files I'm getting are upside down.

How do I fix this? Am I correct in assuming others have run into this?

Please help!

thanks

If your movie/video plays upside down, While the video, is playing, right click on the screen then click on properties. Click Advanced then highlight DviXG400 then click properties. If Force Vertical says Don't Flip then change it to "Flip Output", otherwise set it to "Don't Flip"

Upside down????

I hope someone is still reading this thread. Not all, but some of the movies I download are upside down. I have followed the instructions but no option for properties popped up. What do I do? Running Limewire Pro downloaded @ April 30, 2004 and Windows XP Media Center. Thanks.

upside down

Thanks for the tip. I downloaded Build 8, ran the installation, and unless I missed something, it didn't help the upside down nature of some of the movie downloads. Do you have anymore ideas? Thanks. Keith
