Hello, I am frustrated because I am downloading a movie and then when I go to launch it plays but I get no picture nor sound. I have real1, windows media player and quicktime. I am confused as to which one to set the file types on. For example I set windows media player to avi but when I download a movie in this type it will show playing but nothing appears. Can anyone help? Thanks
