Rich, I'm not familiar with your media player but let me assure you that your mp3's are still there on the hard drive somewhere and probebly still recoverable. I'm not a big fan of Norton U,s but may I suggest that you invest(well worth it) at WallMart 20$ on FIX IT UTILITIES. A top notch antivirus from VCOM and about 25 other utilities including EASY RECOVERY which has saved my *** several times from rebooting from rescue because of lost DLL's. The program will search all free space and used for any complete and lost files and will restore them. Hope this helps, also with fix-it antivirus updates are auto and never a charge for deffinitions.
