sound very choppy, cannot hear songs

hi, i just joined limewire. okay, i can download music, and everything, but for some reason when i play the music, its really choppy, like is skipping or something. can anyone help me???? thank you for your time, joseph

LimeWire is not really the best program to use to actually listen to your music. If it isn't playing smoothly in LimeWire, I'd suggest using a different player, a program dedicated to playing media.

tools, options, player: uncheck "Use LimeWire MP3 Player"
