where are my shared files?
I don't have a shared files folder. I only have an 'imcomplete' folder. Why is this? Do I need to create a shared folder? How do I do this? I thought the shared folder is suppose to happen automatically. Also, I do have a firewall. Does this change anything?

The Shared folder is not automatically added to the Library Tab. You will need to designate it.
Go to Tools>Options>Sharing... the Shared Folder should appear in "Shared Directories"... highlight it, hit Apply, then OK. You should now see the Shared Folder listed along with the Incomplete Folder in the Library Tab. Hopr this helps.
