Yeah, you can. Just have to find them.

In your search parameter, try 'full CD' or "album'.

As for telling when a file is a whole album that's not marked as such, check the file size. Low bit-rate albums will be around 45megs, 128's around 80 (per album). For sound quality, you should always go with at least 128bps.
