nd.props and limewire.props

I use sorce code of limewire(core classes) and I want to understabd how the class SettingsManager.java works but the problem is that I can't find the following files: nd.props and limewire.props. When this files are created and where they are located???

you can find those files in C:\Windows\.limewire\
