This is going to sound silly........

There is a green light in the lower left corner of my screen,"sharing 6 files". Does it mean other users are downloading? I'm not sure, do not want to disconnect if someone is receiving info. If that is NOT what it means, is there a way to know if people are receiving data from my computer so I do not disconnect until they are finished? LOL:D
