What's going on here?

I went to a site called easymusicdownload and searched out a whole bunch of CDs. Of course it told me that they were all available and I went ahead and subscribed. Of course, all I did was buy the LimeWire software. I didn't realize that the music and DVDs which they said were available were not actually available on their site. I have tried to search for most of these artists on LimeWire without any success (you will have guessed that I am new at this). Seems to me this is one big con!!!
