not able to search

Sorry if this is a repeated question, but what do you do when you enter info in the fields and click on 'search', but then all your fields go blank? Please help!

They're supposed to go blank once you click search, that's normal. Your search becomes a tab along the top of the program window. To repeat the search, right-click on the tab and choose Repeat Search.
