RIAA Lawsuits Continue - No End In Sight

Looks like the RIAA has begun filing a third round of lawsuits. 134 more people have been sued, including three (apparently accidental?) suits naming Jewel, a dead man, and a cat.

Does anyone know if I can get sued for downloading songs? Seems if I have that persons permission to share from their computer I should be safe. This is getting scarey. Thanks.
