Limewire Staff where are you
 

On Saturday, 5 days ago, i paid for Limewire Pro. I have not received anything except an email confirming that they got my payment. I have emailed the people that sent me that email and i have emailed Limewire support staff. No one will answer my emails. I have posted to three of these forums. No moderator or staff will contact me. I want my money refunded. I do not like people to steal from me. I am really really sorry that in a spirit of wanting to support a good program, i sent money to Limewire. No one responds to my emails. they took my money and that was it, no Limewire Pro, just charged my credit card and that's it.

Your confirmation email should have included a link where you could download the Pro version. If you have lost or misplaced the confirmation email, you can visit http://www.limewire.com/english/cont...pro_lookup.jsp and type in the email address you bought Pro with, and it will direct you to the page where you can download Pro. All of this is very easily found by visiting limewire.com, clicking on Support, clicking on the big red link that says, "LIMEWIRE PRO CUSTOMER? Click here for assistance", and then clicking on the big red link that says, "Update to LimeWire PRO version 3.6.15."

Thanks for your helpful reply. I do still have my order confirmation email and there is no link on it to anything. I have now downloaded the software and it's working well, thanks to this forum.
