ABUSE from 65.25.248.159 and then close

lately, I've been getting the worse error message you can get for any program from LimeWire. The one that says there was an error and LimeWire must close. I've noticed that that happens when this **** 65.25.248.159 tries to download something off me. He starts to donwload and then stops it and starts it again and tries to get them by the hundreds at a time. My BlackICE is showing that that IP has tried to connect more than 8000 times and he's been trying to download the same songs for more than 3 days now. What can I do to get my LimeWire to correctly and to shake off this lifeless ****.

Just go to Tools, Options, Filters, and put his *** on your ignore list

Why not do a little research, figure out what he is doing and report the bug to the limewire team so they can fix the problem. No client should be able to be overloaded like that.

I got the same kind of thing from another IP (200.35.104.152) today. Tried to download just about every song i have. i added the IP to my banned list, but it didn't matter, so I traced it to see where it came from.. somewhere in the middle of Venezula lies the heart of evil.. jk, but seriously I think it might be due to a server that scans mp3 files for name/size to add to filter blocks on other programs (napster, aimster, etc.) and then again, it might be our old friends the RIAA stealing VALUABLE dl spots from ppl willing to share this way instead of .. RIP napster
