hi i just found out that my contion is ment to be 150k but i only have a 68k modem if i get a beter one will i be abill to dl faster than 20k/sec thogh i nomily dl arond 17k/sec becuse i can get a new modem for arond £80 will that help (3+shift=£) £80= arond $55
