How can I set up as Ultrapeer?

I would like to set up my computer as an Ultrapeer everytime I connect to the Gnutella network. I understand that to become an ultrapeer a high bandwidth connection is required. I have a cable modem line however everytime I connect it says that my computer is a leaf node. There is an option to disable ultrapeer settings, however there isnt any to enable it. Would I have to look into the source code to change the settings or is there any easier way of doing it? I appreciate your help. - Thanks

Thanks. However, how do I ensure that everytime my computer connects to the network it does so as an Ultrapeer? Will I always have to wait for a day for this to happen?
