Umm i was messing around and.....
 

i left click Shared files and clicked DO not share and it made that folder go away! how do i make it come back? cuz i had like 3500 files

Its good to mess around to learn about a piece of software but you need to learn to fix your problems on your own. Anyway go to the library tab and under the file menu go to add folder to share and select your shared folder.
