Magnet requests

Will a running but disconnected LimeWire respond to an incoming magnet request?

(I'm thinking this might be a way to set up a somewhat "private" folder that I can leave running 24/7)

Yes, a disconnected LimeWire still listens on the LimeWire port for incoming download requests.
