Hi Dan,

The best place to ask these questions is on the development mailing lists, dev@core.limewire.org or dev@gui.limewire.org .

In a nutshell, X-Guess advertises support for UDP querying, X-Version advertises the most recent LimeWire version, X-Ext-Probes advertises support for probe queries, and X-Degree advertises how many ultrapeers you intend to connect to.

Default HI Thank You

HI sberlin,

Thank you for clarifying my doubts. I would also like to know where can I find details about the connection headers used in bearshare because bearshare uses connection headers like bearchat, machine and FP-Auth-challenge.

Thank you once again.

Regards,
Dan

You won't find any details about those, they are BearShare-specific headers for proprietary features.
