Anyone have a copy of 1.4?

I upgraded to 1.6 but I would rather use 1.4. I like to be able to have
concurrent downloads of a file then choose which one is best. Looks
like version 1.6 did away with that. Could you please direct me to where
I could get a copy of 1.4?
