Can't use new membership, help!

Hi. I hope someone out there can help me. I signed up for limewire pro, paid my 18.88 and now I can't download it because it doesn't recognize my email address. I have written to limwire but they don't respond. I am thinking they don't consider me a member depsite the fact my paypal account was hit for the full fee. Anyone have any suggestions, I am pretty desperate at this point,

email service@limewire.com with as much information as possible that you can send, ie transaction number/date et cet. Our technical support expert will help you to receive the program.
