ok--something is blocking incoming connections.

Perhaps the router isn't forwarding port 6346 back to your machine's internal IP or maybe the internal IP changed?

Any new firewall or other protection software on your machine that's blocking incoming on your port?

The shielded leaf message is normal--it just means that the ultrapeers are protecting your bandwidth and not flooding you with irrelevant search queries.
