help with playing videos?
 

Can some please tell me how to change either my file format or get a suitable decompressor so that I can play all kinds of file type's such as (avi, wmv) I can only play mpg's right now

Windows Media Player works for most of them. But I have found it won't play some of the WMV ones. You might be missing some codecs... go get the Nemo pack from the link in ursulas post..

I've also been trying out VLC Media Player, this plays stuff that others won't :)
