If you want to uninstall a shared program, will it not only uninstall the program from your computer, but the other users sharing the program as well? If so, how can you uninstall the program from just your computer, and not the other users sharing the program?

If you dlded an installer and the installer is still in the Shared folder after unistall, then the other peers will still be able to use the application. You see, what you share is actually what is in the shared Folder so as long as what you dlded from LW remains there, then you can be sure that the other users will be able to dld it from you.
Besides, if a user has already finished dld the installer (or the application for that matter) from you, then it doesn't matter if you erase it from your shared folder: they already have the application in their computer so now it's up to them to do whatever thy want with the app. If you uninstall it and the uninstall also deletes whatever you dlded to get the app (that which is in your shared folder), then the users will have less sources to dld from.
