Consider yourself lucky if u connect...
 

If you can connect to limewire's server after opening it, your extremly lucky. If your using 56k, dont even try, you need a t1 at least to connect. Even home cable wont.

Im not bagging it, the service is great, but the connection is crappy.

I've been using a 56k modem & happily dwnlding for 3+ yrs. Some refinements in techniques helps to maximise your results even when you're at the bottom level of connections like myself. Perhaps you might like to read some of the threads on the forum (particularly the Stickies) & see if you have your setup set for best results. If you drive a Porsche & stick to 1st gear without realising it has more gears, then I guess u might think Porsches are over-rated. (Trade it in for a volkswagon perhaps.)
