Where's my UPGRADE?!?!
 
Hey!

I paid for my upgrade, so why don't I have it ?


Does anyone work for Limewire in Customer Service? I sent them a notice at 3:00 AM this morning and I have heard NOTHING YET!


What kind of organization is this? Typical big Corp beat up on the little guy superegocorporatejunkfacestuff?

Anyone with any suggestions on who to contact or how to contact some one to correct this problem, then please repy ASAP. A phone number would be great!

Upgrade to PRO for $18.88. I didn't order the second edition Limewire Pro CD for $38.50.

There was a problem when I submitted the order: I recevied an error page saying there was a problem with the submission, BUT my bank account was charged anyway.

The reason I didn't order it again a second time was exactly because I thought I might get charged twice.

It makes you wonder what kind of organization Limewire is?

I mean everything seems great. Great service, a forum and everything, so why try to rip people off who are supporting their great work: It don't make sense?

Yeah, none of my e-addresses worked: maybe I typed in a wrong address when I upgraded? I have to go back and fill-out the form now. I hope that gets some results!

I actually used this form at 3AM this morning to report the problem, but just sent a second notice. I also emailed the following, with a screen-copy of the charge to my bank account:

Thx, but I have already sent them 2 notices that way. If I send another, then I might start pissing them off, and that won't help anyone. :)

I've heard LW's support aren't always quick on the draw. A final suggestion until somebody else comes around, is to send a pm to aharris. Press members button at top of page. But actually if you could remember which email you registered with then u could dwnld the pro software.

Heh, they don't try to rip off anyone. There are lotsa scammers for that.
Most probably, you misspelled your email and now someone is enjoying a free copy of Pro...
Can't you remember which adress you used? Maybe if you did, you could try some variations of it. Or just spare added frustration and PM aharris...
