playing movies

I download, hit launch and get an advertisement for ISAVECLUB.com and the bar goes across in 20 seconds.
I tried it with *** Same result.

What am I missing here?

Maybe some codecs. Are these WMV's? Or should I ask is it WMP you use as the launcher?
