Default Legal Question

Someone said that the RIAA usually only goes after people who download/upload a lot. Do you think if you just downloaded a lot but didn't upload they would still prosecute?

I think yes if I'm correct if over 800 files of copyrighted material is sent or received from the same ip your might be in trouble. but your one in a billion it is only bad luck if it happens to you
