![]() For the past month or so, everytime I run limewire, I get so much slow down. I have a cable connection and never had this problem before. I can't run limewire while doing anything else. I switched my uploads to only allow one at a time with no sucess, it doesn't help at all. Why won't this jealous bitch limewire allow me to run other programs without seriously slowing them down and even crashing me? |

![]() It sounds like you need to configure LW properly: see the following links for suggestions & hints: http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showth...5&pagenumber=1 http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showth...threadid=27036 Search & dwnld techniques (hints) Make sure you don't attempt to dwnld too many files at once. Try to refrain from using force resume b/c this does slow LW down & hogs the upld bandwidth by sending out continual searches which will affect your connection quality if u have too many forced resumes.
