It gets hard for me to file that i am looking for in the library because i have hundrerds. The library sorts the files by artist. So i was wondering if there is ne way that i can make it sory by file name.

CAN SOME 1 PLZ HELP ME HOW DO U SORT SONGS IN THE LIBRARY BY NAME!!

or you can transfer the files to a new folder if you want this for yourself two in here you can sort them by artist or something. you might want to that since many files are not properly named.

to find your 'library' go to tools, options, savings and remember that address than you can go in explorer and follow that address to get to the files
to share another folder go to tools, options, sharing, and click add to add that new folder.
that's a way I like to use hope you like it if you use it

I missed a trick here obviously! If your shared folders are anything like iTunes arranges them then they'll be arranged by artist, album, etc. Get the win version of iTunes (hey I love to throw a spanner in the works. lol) And why not, if the other mp3 apps don't do it then you must wonder a bit. Better still, buy a mac g5 or 2 & give me one. lol
