I am new to this i have a kids movie but they have to view it on my computer can a backup copy be made that can be viewed on tv?

You either:
-Connect your TV to your comp and view it like that or -Make a DVD out of the vids you have and view it in your DVD player or -or Make a VCD (or SVCD) out of the vids and view them in your DVD player (provided that you have one and that it supports that kind of format)
