today my friend told me to go to file and click stop sharing, now my library is like gone, wtf can i do to get it back?

I really ask me why so many people donīt want to share? And the same people usually come back and are complaining about the slow downloads...

btw the download of copyrithed material is also illegal( in the countries), so I see no reason why you donīt want share. If nobody shares you couldnīt download your files, yes some people will ever share but what do you think how fast you can download your files then? Think about it.

You want download files so SHARE yours!

Not only do you get better speeds by sharing but when people are uplding from you, you'll find you connect to a lot more peers & your search results will greatly improve as a result. Add to this, some people filter out those that don't share more than 5, 50 or 500 files for eg. So by sharing you'll be able to connect to a lot more sources.

i found a diffrent way....tools>options>and ont he bottom right click restore defaults

Yes but now you have to change all your settings back. The other way is better. ;)
