could not move to library

what's up with this?

Sounds like you dwnld folder has been affected. Go to LW's menu Tools-Options & Saving to make sure the dwnld folder selected exists & is where you had originally selected it. An idea might be to re-select (add) that folder again, press the Apply & ok buttons.
