 Do you have the pro or free version. I believe the pro version is supposed to have better Chat support. In LW's menu go Tools-Options & Chat (click Enable Chat & press Apply & ok.) A frequent problem with chat other than peerless mentioned is that many people leave LW on overnight/whilst they're away at work or just hidden in the background whilst they're working on other apps, etc. It can be great when you do get a response for a chat however.  |
