Cannot download off any connections except ESL...no DSL/CABLE or modem
 

can someone please tell me why I have not been able to download songs off DSL/CABLE or modem connections. I have email limewire 2 times and they don't want to help. could I be behind a firewall or something on my computer be stoping this process. also, i never actually get connected to the damn network. it says "connecting" the whole time, and then if i'm not connected, it doesn't find as many songs. this is really aggrivating me. i bought the damn program and it doesn't work. please help.
