Seriosuly guys!!!

Do everyone a favor and don't bother sharing shity songs with scratches and pops in them. And also, in regards to "***" the version with "Aol first listen" in the middle sucks.. why would you bother keepin that on your computer? Delete it so that the 'Aol' worm doesn't spread!

Here's a link for you to read HERE! But interesting observation. Norm has a good explanation.

All right, first of all, the users the Gnutella forums, and the developers of LimeWire (or any other P2P client for that matter) have absolutely no control over what is shared on the Gnutella Network. It is the choice of the millions of users.

Finally, when downloading files you should try to use all of the common sense you posess. To me it is quite obvious that a song with the words "AOL first listen" has an above average chance of not being at all what the title says it is. And most songs are anywhere between 1MB and 15MB, but a "song" that is between 10KB and 200KB is most likely a virus. I hope that this has answered your questions.

Look, the whole point of Cd: Clarity and durability over most other
mediums. What`s the point of sharing low birates & crappy quality samples? I dont get it? Take them out of circulation,
PLEASE people,be a bit fussy,check your stuff.

Just pointing out that if you experience pops and scratches with most, if not all of your songs, then it could be your comp's problem: many have reported that the LW player (at least as it is in 4.0.8) is crappy and will cause skips during playback, sometimes even refuse to play the song. If this is indeed your case, I recomend trying to play a song you dlded with LW closed and with a different player (than the LW player).
