who do you conntact to report files that contain viruses?

Have a look around here for other posts on the same topic... There are quite a few... A search will find them.

And, I strongly recommend using Bitzi for checking files BEFORE you download them AND participating with Bitzi by submitting info on 'bad' files... i.e. with virus or misnamed or porn under disguise or diallers or just just a really poor 'quality' file...
