Could anyone tell me why, when I right click on a title of something I have searched for and click on Bitzi, nothing happens? It use to open up Bitzi but now it wont. Do I need to fix something? I'm running windows Xp Pro and using Limewire Pro. Thanks

Do you have a firewall that is possibly blocking connections to Bitzi ?
Have you installed XP Service Pack 2 ... Either deliberately or automatically ?

First... CONGRATS on no SP2 !!!
A question... No offense if this seems a stupid one... Have you installed Bitzi on your machine ? If you have Norton Internet Security (or similar layout firewall), Click on > Personal Firewall > Program Control and then either > Program Scan or > Add (and enter the configs manually) |

As far as I know Limewire adds bitzi but it's possible it was left out somehow during install. Nortons firewall does'nt seem to find it during scan. I'll check the bitzi web site for a download.

One thing I did not think of until 5min's ago was to go to my control panel and add@remove progrms and reair Limewire. I did this and everythings back to normal. Thanks for all your help.

My Bad !
Peerless - Ming The Moderator - is right... If you are accessing Bitzi via LimeWire (or the other clients which include Bitzi access) it will not appear in a Norton apps scan... Obviously. btw... Have you actually installed Bitzi as well ? |
