As for your question: you can't get your money back. If you read carefully the Pro page and the LW site in general, you'd find that they won't refund. Your only option is to learn how to make LW work because it is not a poor product. One just can't expect an application to work properly on every possible computer configuration in the world. (Just look at one of the most widely distributed "applications" available: Windows. Many people believe that it doesn't work on any computer configuration at all...)
