The program is legal! What you dwnld depends upon whether there's copyright protection/rights involved. Lots of people share material of all types that's not copyrighted. But there's also many others that share copyrighted material. I guess you can search/google the item you're interested in to find out if it's copyrighted. It's what's dwnlded sometimes that's not legally shared.
