I was told by my cable company, (cox cable) they cannot unblock any ports, since I bought a new modem from them limewire will not fully connect, my os is xp the modem is labelled cable rf mac address=000E9B081844 model 60678EU, what do I do now? my
computer is at home, I have mcafee security, which I have authorized not to block limewire
