Kinda Lost..

Okay.. Not sure what to set my Downloads>Download Bandwidth level to. I'm running through comcast cable internet. And I'm looking in the back up the self-install kit and reading Maxium Download Speed: 3.0Mbps. Not sure what KB/s to use in Downloads>Download Bandwidth. So.. may someone help me out?

Also.. I have Maxium Upload Speed: 256Kpbs. So.. on Uploads>Basic>Download Bandwidth, I set it to 27.12 KB/s.. I was wondering if I have the right config's for Upload section.
