No. It is not a burner app. If somebody (such as where you obtained it from) told you it could then you might have obtained a scam version. The official LW site is here: http://www.limewire.com/english/content/home.shtml & you'll also see a Sticky thread at the top of this sextion that explains how to get your dwnlds to a burner app.

Nero & Roxio's Easy CD & DVD (or whatever it's called) are the 2 best!
